Simultaneous substitution of U.S. described programming

In April 2002, I filed a complaint with the CRTC against Rogers Cable for substituting undescribed Canadian feeds of American programs over described U.S. feeds of the same shows.

I have asked respondents and deemed respondents to re-file their letters with me electronically so I can post them here. In the meantime, here are the available documents:
